Ian (VIC)

Ian is a tertiary level qualified and experienced Vocational Education Specialist. He has  been engaged in the education process throughout his career, and have performed many roles. These include teaching at RMIT University, Victoria University and private Registered Training Organisations, including Academy Global and many others. His students include Australian and International students, from various business and diverse backgrounds. In short, education provision is his life, and he is as enthusiastic now as he was when he first started.

With a customer centric focus, Ian has achieved major advancements for his students, organisations and industry. He is motivated by being able to make a positive difference with people and business, in displaying high levels of motivation, agility and flexibility are the hallmarks of his career. 

Ian has specialist qualifications in Logistics, which has strong synergies with other management and general education.  He adheres to working with tight deadlines and coordinating, participating in and supporting his team to achieve positive outcomes.

Ian still has a long standing professional relationships with former students from 15+ years ago, and believes this is testament to his ongoing support of students.

LOUISE (VIC)

Louise is a professional Instructional Designer, specialising in change and learning. She has a wealth of experience and consolidates this with her own professional development and gaining multiple qualifications in her field.

She is a qualified educator, assessor and digital educational strategist and instructional designer. Her vast experience makes her a skilled educational leader setting learning standards across many organisations by creating relevant curriculums. She has advanced eLearning authoring tools and LMS management.

While Louise has a high level of knowledge of applying finance regulations in education, she is also experienced in financial risk management and educating finance professionals. In addition, she is skilled in achieving behavioural change data through education to satisfy financial regulations.

As a global leader managing teams remotely, she has experience in creating engaging and interactive education experiences.

Lastly, Louise is skilled in behavioural economics and neuroscience of change, and is Kirkpatrick certified.

Emmanuelle (NSW)

Emmanuelle is a very articulate, engaging, and supportive trainer and assessor with excellent communication and time management skills. She is a dedicated and passionate Vocational, Educational and Training (VET) professional.

She brings years of experience as a trainer, but also as a business leader across a number of industries. Emmanuelle is experienced in delivering training and / assessing online, together with face-to-face to various group sizes. She is very efficient in tailoring the training to meet participants’ and organisational needs.

Lisa (QLD)

Lisa a Learning and development all-rounder and is highly experienced in the Vocational, Education and Training (VET) sector. Her specialities are writing learning materials including accredited and non-accredited resources. In addition, Lisa has expertise in the designing of learning and assessment materials together with editing, curriculum development, instructional design, elearning development and more.

While is passionate about Learning and Development, she is also a passionate and active trainer and assessor across a number of industry qualifications. 

Lisa is a true professional and continues to undertake further studies to enhance her rupture, currently studying her Masters in Learning and Development.
