Marlin BD may collect personal information when you deal with us in person, telephone, email, or visit our website. Marlin BD may also obtain personal information about you from a third party;

• from a referee;
• when receiving the results of a competency test; or
• obtaining performance feedback about your work.

Personal information provided to Marlin BD will be used only for the purpose it was collected. The information will only be distributed, in strict confidence, including people who may not be Marlin BD staff.

All personal information will be held in a secure location by Marlin BD.

Information is kept until it is no longer required by MarlinBD. At this time resumes and all other personal information of unsuccessful applicants will be securely destroyed.

Marlin BD will not return information supplied, unless agreed in writing in advance.

Resumes, interview notes and personal information gathered during the recruitment process will be destroyed utilising a secure document destruction service.
