My passion is making projects successful and effective. I pride myself on developing long-standing relationships with good people; good people listen then act. Like my team who constantly inspire me, and loyal clients who provide a wealth of thought-provoking challenges. As an experienced business owner/manager, I know what it takes to succeed, and I know the challenges my clients and our people face.

With a focus on detail and outcomes, I am able to employ my experience and strategic thinking to perform high-level analysis for problem-solving and negotiated outcomes.

The ability to lead, gain buy-in for initiatives, and inspire high performance in others, drives me to attract allegiances and excellence in all those involved in projects.
